You can rent modular diesel-powered and gas-powered CAT systems meeting the highest safety, quality, reliability and environmental standards. They range from a simple power set to multi-megawatt installations. For new builds and events, planned and sudden power shutdowns, and providing extra power in summer or winter. Our fuel-efficient diesel generators have remote monitoring and fully automatic synchronisation. They produce low diesel and CO2 emissions, meeting or exceeding local and national standards. Our modular multi-tapped transformers are easy to transport and assemble, and simple to operate. They are oil cooled, and develop 100 to 8000 kVA each. The high-voltage outputs can be stepped down for testing with (for example) load banks. They are housed in robust corrosion resistant CSC plated containers. Each transformer has a complete package of protections. A special 1500 kVA offshore Low-Voltage transformer is also multi-tapped to give different low-voltage combinations for best power transmission across a range of networks. The transformer is housed in a CSC plated 10-foot container with multiple protections, and fire extinguishing system.
Study the performance of your system under full or partial load. We have load banks for single/three-phase resistive/reactive testing of generators and power supplies up to 6 MVA each. The units can have 0.8 or variable power factor. They are housed in robust ISO containers, and multiple units can easily be linked. The load banks are mobile and come with all the ancillaries you’ll need. Example applications include testing/ commissioning new power equipment and installations, ISO 8528 verification, block load steps and transient response performance.
