Purpose, legal basis and provision
In the first place, Energyst processes personal data in the context of its climate control and power generation services. Additionally, it processes personal data in the context of its business operations, including recruiting and selecting personnel, administration, compliance with statutory obligations and archiving. Furthermore, Energyst processes personal data for marketing and communications purposes, including managing this website and answering your questions and informing you of current and future activities of Energyst.
Legal grounds for processing are the entering into and implementing agreements concluded with you by Energyst, meeting statutory obligations and representing the legitimate interests of Energyst, its customers and third parties. Energyst will request your permission to send you information of current and future activities of Energyst by email and to place cookies. You may withdraw your permission at any time.
