DIESEL GENERATORS

Housed in robust cast-iron 20- or 40-foot CSC-plated ISO containers, our high-performance, fuel-efficient diesel generators are easy to transport by road, sea or air. They are also easy to assemble, operate and maintain. Each unit has DEIF remote monitoring and fully automatic synchronisation and comes with all the ancillaries required for flawless operation. Whether you require a temporary prime power plant in an off-grid area, or a single generator to complement wind, solar or hydro power (microgrid) solutions, our application engineers will find the right solution to your particular application.

GAS GENERATORS

You can rent modular CAT gas-fuelled generator systems meeting the highest standards in safety, quality, reliability and environmental standards. They range from a simple power set to multi-megawatt installations. Most projects involve 100% dependability on our generators. We therefore provide generators with 1000+ kVA capacity, heavy-duty equipment built to the highest quality standards, ensuring a longer lifespan and easy maintenance. Gas-powered generators are often used due to their cost-effective operation as well as reduced environmental impact. Our CAT generators are housed in robust and easy to transport cast-iron 40-foot CSC-plated ISO containers.

TRANSFORMERS

Energyst provides a range of transformers to support your power distribution. Our modular multi-tapped high voltage transformers are easy to transport and assemble, and simple to operate. They are oil cooled, and develop 100 to 8000 kVA each. The high-voltage outputs can be stepped down for testing with (for example) load banks. They have corrosion resistant construction and a complete package of protections. Housed in CSC plated 10- and 20-foot containers, they allow a multitude of voltage combinations to ensure optimal power transmission in all applications.

OFFSHORE GENERATORS 250-500 KVA RIGSAFE

Safety is paramount in the offshore industry. That is why it is a key aspect of our offshore generators, designed and built in close cooperation with our partner Caterpillar. Our offshore power equipment range includes diesel driven Rigsafe generators that are classified for use in non-hazardous zones. This offshore rental package comprises a canopied generator in a DNV 2.7-1 certified lifting frame. Features include air shut off, exhaust spark arrestor, emergency stop and Yellow Alert shutdown module. Complementary to our Rigsafe and NORSOK generators, Energyst’s offshore equipment range includes transformers, fuel tanks and all the necessary ancillaries.

OFFSHORE GENERATORS 1250 KVA NORSOK

In offshore projects, top quality is critical to safety and performance. That is why all Energyst’s CAT XQ NORSOK Z-015 certified power modules include key safety features such as fire and gas detection and suppression, air shut off, spark arrestor, emergency stop and sea mist filter. Our offshore equipment is built to withstand the harsh offshore conditions and saline environments. The NORSOK 1250 kVA offshore gensets have lean-burn, reciprocating generators with turbocharging and after cooling. Housed in custom built DNV 2.7-1 certified 20-ft ISO containers, they provide industry leading fuel efficiency, as well as low noise production.

OFFSHORE GENERATORS 1700 KVA NORSOK

At Energyst, we know that saving space is key in the offshore industry. That is why we put real energy into designing the most compact 1700 kVA offshore power generator on the market. In collaboration with our partner Caterpillar, we developed a 1700 kVA power generator that fits inside a 20-foot container. Its innovative design saves you 50% of space. On a global level, Energyst is the first rental company to introduce such an ultra-compact, NORSOK Z-015 specified offshore generator. Energyst’s diesel-powered generators are built according to the latest offshore requirements to meet the demands of the energy sector.

To optimally serve the offshore industry, Energyst offers a range of ancillaries for rent, specially designed for offshore applications. Our containerised offshore diesel fuel tanks are both efficient and environmentally-safe. They are UN compliant and in conformity with IBC environmental regulations.
